Terms of Service/Use

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to any customer of “Hugo Productions” who have purchased or formally agreed. If you disagree or fail to abide by these terms of service you will not be served and can/will be blacklisted from purchasing any services from “Hugo Productions”. At any point you fail to follow these terms you will be subject to your permissions of use to be removed without refund. These terms of service can be altered or changed at any given time with no prior warning. If found breaking these Terms Of Service during a commission your commission can be cancelled with no refund being offered.

Processing payments

Per our payment system(s) we require different types of payment;
For “Stripe” all payments are made via card transaction.
All payments are final and refunds are not available past this point. For more information please refer to the refunds sections, all payments are made in Great British Pounds (GBP).

Refunds

All products sold by “Hugo Productions” are virtual assets refunds are not possible, reimbursement may be a decision which is made if you encounter an issue with your product. But at any point if you encounter an issue then reach out to a support agent.

Commissions

Due to commissions being made custom per request pricing can and will vary per one. If for any reason you want a commission to be cancelled you must pay a 10% fee [plus no refund for SVG payments] if work has not started, but if it has started and you were advised of such you will receive no refund. If we choose to refund you for any reason we will try refund the most money as possible, however patches may be deducted and SVG payments are non-refundable. Although commissions are made by the order we also have the right to resell any commissioned products to other customers. If you require your product to not be sold to other users you must pay a one-time fee which is 2x the original commission price. If at any point you break our Terms Of Service or Server Rules when your commission is in progress you will be banned and your commission will be cancelled with no opportunity for refunds. We have a right to decline service to customers asking for a commission, please do not think you are given the right to purchase a commission by joining our discord.

Delivery of your product

All products (non commissioned) will be delivered through our official website and can be found under your customer portal. These products are made to be “FiveM” ready, for support on installation contact a support agent.

Third Party Developers

“Hugo Productions” offers third party contractors to complete commissions. We are not liable for their actions as they are a sole third party, we are not obliged to compensate for any missing or broken products. Nor are we reliable for any misconduct from them, however we may offer assistance with the matter.

Product usage

When purchasing any item from “Hugo Productions” it does not mean we transfer ownership of a product fully to you however you are permitted to use our assets at your own discretion. However you are not to;

• Rip any items or any models
• “Leak” or redistribute any assets (without prior approval from Hugo for server donations - all assets from Hugo Productions must be removed once you leave the server)
• Attempt to sell any product from “Hugo Productions” without prior approval from Hugo.

Liability

“Hugo Productions” is not liable for any damages caused to your PC, server or game at any point in time. We are also not liable for the delayed delivery of any products.

Product Promotions

Some items within images/photos published by “Hugo Productions” may not be included within packages, this is for showcase purposes. We make it expressly clear in the product descriptions what are and are not included within the package. We are not liable if you purchase the product and it does not include certain models, textures or other goods. The in-game graphics may also alter how certain textures look, we are not able to give refunds if it does not look the same in your game.
